1. Who we are

NairaBot AI ("NairaBot", "we", "us") is operated by NairaBot AI, registered in Nigeria .

You can reach us at support@nairabot.com or through the support section of your dashboard.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts where you live.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We will never ask you for it.
• The information you give us must be accurate. Your email address in particular, because we send license keys to it.
• One person, one account. Accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred.
• Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

3. What we provide

NairaBot AI provides:

• Expert Advisor (EA) software that you install on your own MetaTrader 4 or 5 terminal.
• License keys that authorise an EA to run on a specific trading account number.
• A dashboard that displays data reported by the EA from your own trading account.
• Documentation and support for installation and licensing.

4. What we do not provide

This matters, so please read it carefully.

• We are not a broker. We do not hold, receive or manage your trading funds. Your money stays with your own broker at all times.
• We do not provide financial, investment or trading advice. Nothing on this platform is a recommendation to trade or a personal recommendation of any kind.
• We do not manage your account or trade on your behalf. The EA runs on your own terminal, under your control. You choose whether to run it, with what settings, and on which account.
• We do not guarantee profits. Any past performance shown is historical and is not a promise of future results.
• We do not provide the Windows VPS or server the EA runs on. That is bought separately from a provider of your choosing.

5. Licenses and activation

• A license key is generated against one specific MT4/MT5 account number that you choose. This cannot be changed after generation without our help.
• Each license permits one activation. If you enter the wrong account number, contact support and we will reissue it where we reasonably can.
• Licenses are personal to you. Sharing, reselling, or distributing keys or EA files is a breach of these terms and will result in revocation without refund.
• Time-limited licenses stop working at the end of their term. It is your responsibility to renew before expiry if you want uninterrupted trading.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to defeat licensing is prohibited.

6. Payment and refunds

• Prices are shown at checkout in the currency you will be charged in. Display in other currencies is for convenience only.
• Card payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store card details.
• Crypto and bank transfer payments are confirmed manually and may take up to 24 hours.
• Refunds:
• Chargebacks made without contacting us first will result in immediate license revocation.

7. Referral programme

• You earn 20% commission on qualifying purchases made by people who sign up through your referral link.
• Commission is held for 14 days before becoming withdrawable, in case the purchase is refunded.
• Commission on refunded or reversed purchases is cancelled.
• You may not refer yourself, create multiple accounts, or use paid advertising on our brand name.
• Making false or exaggerated claims about returns when promoting your link is prohibited and will forfeit unpaid commission.
• We may change the commission rate or programme terms with reasonable notice.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for anything unlawful, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Copy, redistribute or resell our software, license keys or content.
• Misrepresent your results or our products when promoting them.
• Interfere with the platform's operation, including automated scraping or load testing without permission.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages, and issues with your own broker, internet connection or VPS can all interrupt data reporting or trading. Dashboard data depends on your EA being able to reach us, and may be delayed or incomplete.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NairaBot AI is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our software or platform.

You accept that you are solely responsible for your trading decisions, including the decision to run an automated system, the settings you use, and the capital you risk.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and revoke licenses without refund if you breach these terms, particularly by sharing licenses, attempting to defeat licensing, or making fraudulent payments.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of unused license time.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in your dashboard. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.
